3. Counter-Notification

4. Repeat Infringers

Easy Learning reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

5. Misrepresentations

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Similarly, anyone filing a counter-notification in bad faith may also be liable for damages.
